Simple, upfront fees. Most inspections will be performed for the following fees, based on the listed square footage of the home:
Up to 2000sf: $295
2001 – 3000sf: $395
3001 – 4000sf: $495
over 4000sf: Call for a quote
Online convenience. You can sign the Inspection Agreement online. You can provide payment online. You will receive text and email reminders about the inspection appointment.

Single point of contact. No receptionist, assistant, apprentice, or office manager. You can call or text me to schedule an inspection. I will perform the inspection. I will create and deliver the report. I will answer any questions you have – during the inspection, after you receive the report, or after you move into your new home.
Flexibility. I can perform inspections on weekdays, weekends, or holidays; daytime or evening.
Coordination. If requested, I can arranged for a pest control company to perform an inspection for wood-destroying insects at the same time as the home inspection.
Past experience. I have a degree in Architecture from Rice University, and I previously worked as an architect for several years.
